Before Contacting Support

  • Refresh the browser page.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily.
  • Clear local storage for the site if the editor behaves unexpectedly.
  • Confirm you are using a modern, supported browser version.

Common Questions

1) My project disappeared.

Zyntria Web Studio uses local browser storage by default. Clearing browser data, using private browsing mode, switching devices, or resetting the browser may remove locally stored projects. Always export or download backups.

2) The preview doesn’t match what I expected.

Differences may result from sandbox restrictions, external resource blocking, browser security policies, or third-party scripts. Test exported HTML in your target LMS or hosting environment.

3) Accessibility checks flagged issues I don’t understand.

Accessibility guidance identifies potential WCAG-related improvements, but it does not certify compliance. Review flagged items and confirm against your organization’s accessibility standards.

4) AI-generated prompts or outputs are incorrect.

Zyntria may generate structured prompts for third-party AI tools. XENRYA does not control AI provider outputs. Review all generated content before use.

5) The editor is slow or freezing.

  • Reduce very large embedded assets (images, base64 content).
  • Close unused browser tabs.
  • Check device memory usage.

Support Scope

Always maintain external backups of your work.
