END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
BY ACCESSING OR USING ZYNTRIA WEB STUDIO (“SERVICE”), YOU AGREE TO THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and XENRYA, LLC (“XENRYA,” “we,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of Zyntria Web Studio, including its editor, preview engine, templates, accessibility tools, LMS optimizer, AI prompt generation tools, and related documentation.
1. Service Description
Zyntria Web Studio is a browser-based, single-file HTML authoring and preview tool designed to allow users to:
- Create and edit complete HTML documents.
- Use code and visual (Word-like) editing modes.
- Preview content in sandboxed or full-preview environments.
- Run checks, accessibility audits, and guided fix workflows.
- Generate structured prompts for third-party AI tools.
- Export, download, or copy HTML for use in LMS, web, email, or other platforms.
The Service is general-purpose authoring software. XENRYA does not provide legal, compliance, accessibility certification, or regulatory advice.
2. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, XENRYA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful personal, educational, or business purposes.
The Service is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by XENRYA.
3. Ownership
XENRYA retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of the HTML and content you create (“User Content”). XENRYA does not claim ownership of your User Content.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
- Bypass or interfere with security or sandboxing mechanisms.
- Use the Service to create or distribute malware or unlawful content.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where prohibited by law or policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any HTML, scripts, or external resources you include comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. AI and Third-Party Tools
The Service may generate structured prompts and provide links to third-party AI providers. XENRYA does not operate those providers and does not control their output.
Any content you copy to or from third-party tools is shared at your discretion. XENRYA is not responsible for third-party AI outputs, accuracy, or policy compliance.
6. Local Storage and Data Responsibility
The Service is local-first. Projects, snapshots, and settings are typically stored in your browser. You are responsible for backing up any work you wish to retain.
XENRYA is not liable for data loss resulting from browser resets, device loss, storage clearing, or technical malfunction.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” XENRYA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF OUTPUT OR GENERATED CONTENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XENRYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.
XENRYA’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).
9. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. XENRYA may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or use the Service unlawfully.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11. Changes to this Agreement
XENRYA may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
